How to request deletion

The fastest way is through the self-service GDPR page in your dashboard:

If you cannot access your account, email us at info@lindentech.de. Your request will be processed after we verify ownership.

Step-by-step guide for GDPR page

  1. Sign in to your workspace account at https://ai-platform.lindentech.de/login.
  2. Open Dashboard → Privacy or go directly to /dashboard/privacy.
  3. In Export Your Data, click Request Data Export to create your DSAR export request.
  4. Click Check Export Status until status becomes COMPLETED, then download the archive.
  5. In Delete Account, confirm the action to schedule deletion with grace period.
  6. If you change your mind during grace period, use Cancel Deletion in the same page.

What to include in support email (if dashboard unavailable)

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your company or workspace name (if applicable)
  • The channels you connected (Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, Web)
  • Any additional details that help us locate your data

Processing

We will verify your request and delete your data as required by applicable law. Certain information may be retained if we are legally obligated to keep it.

For organization administrators, DSAR monitoring is available in the same Privacy page and includes request status, deadlines, and extension tracking.
